I want to host my domain on my own computer windows xp pro so please someone tell me which web server is the best solution,probably want to try a free one and how can i setup my own domain name with the server using the dynamic ip address? Both free would be great...Thank you very much !!

windows XP pro has its own webserver, though you can use apache from apache.org for more capabilities. For dns, check http://www.dyndns.org . You can set up it on dynamical ips.also, you will have to open 80 (webserver) port on your router and firewall to be able to access your webserver.
